World Literacy Crusade (WLC) helps youth and adults struggling with illiteracy, drug addiction and mental health issues.

Our services, which use the breakthrough study and drug rehabilitation methodologies developed by author and humanitarian L. Ron Hubbard, give people the basic tools they need to become literate, responsible, self-sufficient and employable.
